Store Yez! Foods Baking Mix and Bread Crumbs in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
For the best shelf life, keep the unopened bag sealed in its original packaging. To extend freshness even further, you may store the unopened mix or crumbs in the freezer.
After opening, reseal the bag tightly and store it in the refrigerator. For added protection, place the bag inside an airtight container or freezer bag before refrigerating.
Always use clean, dry utensils and make sure the bag is securely closed after each use.

We offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more. For orders under $125, shipping rates are calculated in real time based on your shipping address and order details. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Fresh Baking
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after placement. All fresh-baked products are shipped the same day they are baked.
We coordinate baking and shipping to minimize unnecessary time in transit over weekends and holidays. When necessary, shipments may be scheduled for the next suitable shipping day to help preserve freshness.
Estimated Transit Time
Estimated transit time is 24–72 hours after your package is handed to the carrier. This is separate from the 2–4-business-day order-processing timeframe.
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other shipping disruptions may affect delivery timing.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging to receive or retrieve their package promptly upon delivery.

Our fresh-baked products are perishable. Please arrange for someone to receive your package or retrieve it promptly after delivery.
If a package is delivered on time but is left unattended because the recipient is unavailable or does not retrieve it promptly, we are not responsible for resulting spoilage or deterioration. We do not provide refunds or replacements for spoilage or deterioration caused by delayed retrieval after an on-time delivery.

At Yez! Foods, food safety matters. Because our products are ingestible, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges of food products once they have been shipped. Please do not send food products back to us unless we specifically ask you to.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@yezfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Clear photos of the affected item and its packaging, including any visible damage or defect.
Please keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed your request, if it is safe to do so. Do not consume a product you believe may be unsafe.
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item, as appropriate. A refund or replacement does not require you to return the food product.
Requests received after 24 hours
Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem, even if more than 24 hours have passed. Prompt notice and photos help us assess delivery-related issues, but the 24-hour reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Change-of-mind purchases
We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for food products because of a change of mind or personal taste preference after the order has shipped.

Fantastic for persons who can't have carbs but crave grains!
I love "comfort food" even though I shouldn't and I don't really care for breading that's made of porkrinds or cheese. This is the perfect breading! I did some fish battered in it and it turned out perfect. Sometimes you're just over eating plain and non breaded meats and this is perfect for that! Really good, will repurchase.
It took me a few test runs since I have never been good making breaded chicken, but finally, I got it perfect! I mixed chicken wings with a little bit of oil, dipped it in the bread crumbs, and cooked it in my air fryer. My husband is not following any particular diet and loves fried chicken, which I no longer buy or cook. I think he cleared most of it! I'm a fan! Thank you Yez! Foods for another outstanding product!
